Mill-TechUSA is a veteran-owned IT service company based in Wallace, Michigan, founded in 2026. We deliver dependable, no-nonsense technology support to small businesses and residential customers across Michigan's Upper Peninsula and Northeast Wisconsin.
Our services cover everything from PC repair, virus removal, network setup, and data recovery, to fully managed IT plans with 24/7 remote monitoring. We also design websites and build custom PCs — both for business workloads and high-performance gaming rigs. Founded by a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served from 2010 to 2015, Mill-TechUSA was born from a desire to give back. When our family faced a medical crisis in 2025, our community showed up for us. This business is our way of returning that kindness — by showing up for others, doing the work right, and keeping prices accessible for the people who need it most.

ZAKK MILLER
10+ Years IT & Telecommunications Experience
Seasoned IT and telecommunications professional with hands-on experience spanning military and civilian sectors. At UES Technologies, Zakk designed and managed networks supporting 300+ endpoints, administered Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO), deployed Hyper-V virtualization, and hardened infrastructure security — all while providing remote and onsite support across multiple business environments.
His military background as a U.S. Marine Corps Telecommunication Systems & Computer Repairman included maintaining tactical systems under combat conditions, overseeing $8M+ in communications equipment, and leading team operations across remote outposts in Afghanistan.
